Pure Pets Star
Ralph takes his role as Pure Pets’ star very seriously… when he’s not too busy trying to steal someone’s lunch! He loves long walks, naps, and greeting new people when they enter the office. Always camera-ready, Ralph has mastered the art of the photoshoot – especially with the help of some bribery snacks! He is loyal, cheeky, and full of personality, and a much loved member of our team.

TONY LAWTON

Managing Director & International Sales
Tony took ownership of the Deep Blue Health business 15 years ago, and has a passion for the beautiful New Zealand environment from which we operate. He ensures only the highest quality ingredients go into our our wide range of health products. Tony is also responsible for our wholesale business and spends time with our overseas distributors to develop new products. Away from the office you can find Tony sailing in the Hauraki Gulf, and mountain biking in Northland.

LIZ LAWTON

Sales Administrator
Liz helps out a lot behind the scenes with the Deep Blue Health brand. She handles all office administration, and you may hear her friendly voice if you phone us. She is our customer service guru. Her interests include boating on the Auckland Hauraki Gulf, exploring the many bike trails around New Zealand and spending time with her family and friends.

Favourite Products: Ginkgo Biloba – fantastic for blood circulation, memory and antioxidant rich.

TOM HALL-TAYLOR

Marketing Manager
Tom loves the freedom, natural beauty, and vibrant lifestyle that New Zealand offers. From its friendly people to its breathtaking landscapes, it’s a place he’s proud to call home. Outside of work, Tom is passionate about exploring new ideas, innovation, and technology. He enjoys reading, travelling, spending time with friends, and staying active - most recently through training and competing in Jiu Jitsu. At Deep Blue Health, Tom thrives in his role, helping grow a business that genuinely improves people’s lives - a mission that deeply aligns with the impact he hopes to make in the world.

Kate finds her deepest sense of peace and inspiration in New Zealand’s natural beauty. For her, it's not just a place to live - it's a daily experience of connection with the earth. Surrounded by fresh ocean air, rolling green hills, and the soothing sounds of native birds, she feels a constant sense of calm and gratitude. Whether walking along the beach or simply pausing to listen to the wind through the trees, Kate is grounded by the presence of nature. Garth values spending time with the people who matter most. He enjoys catching up with friends over a good chat, playing indoor bowls, and challenging his mind with a game of Bridge. At home, nothing beats sitting down to a homemade dinner with family. In his role, Garth takes pride in carefully packing and labelling each product, ensuring every order meets the highest standard before it leaves. His friendly nature and attention to detail shine through in both his work and personal life.

MAKIYO INOUE

Packing & Dispatch Assistant
Makiyo enjoys staying active through tennis and walking, and her love for animals shines through in the care she gives to her two cats. Her friendly and energetic spirit carries into her work, where she plays an important role in packing and dispatch.

It's a bit shell-fish to not look after your senior pets!

My Mum's dog, Sophie, a Bichon-Poodle cross, has been suffering with arthritis for a few years now. I started ordering this product for Sophie and having it shipped to Mum's home. Sophie has a good, happy life now because of it. She runs through the local Domain chasing rabbits (she doesn't catch them TBF) and goes for walks often with Mum round the local streets. Dogs suffer in silence generally when they're in pain, you may not even know. But when a dog is happy, healthy, and pain-free, you can TELL! Sophie fits that bill and she gives PurePets Green Lipped Mussel 10 barks out of 10, would definitely recommend! 🐾
