General Delivery Information
- We offer FREE COURIERED DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders $75 NZD & over.
- International orders are welcome and we offer you a choice of either Airmail or Express Courier delivery to best suit your needs.
We offer FREE DELIVERY to Australia on orders $200 NZD and over
- We offer FREE DELIVERY to all other international shipping destinations of $250 and over
- All other delivery charges and time frames please see the table below.
- We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
- If you have any special delivery instructions please convey these via the 'Order Notes' field provided on the Shopping Cart.
New Zealand Delivery
- We offer FREE COURIERED DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75 total. For orders under this amount, delivery is just $6.00 or $7.50 for rural delivery
- You can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 working days of having placed your order. We use tracked couriers for all national deliveries.
- We send no-signature required unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call.
- If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address. We can also send to PO Box address and Rural delivery addresses.
- All orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.
- We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.
- We offer FREE DELIVERY to Australia on all orders over $200 NZD. For orders under this amount see options in the table below.
- If your order is under $200 NZD you have a choice of either tracked Airmail or DHL Express Courier delivery to best suit your needs.
- The exact delivery cost of your order will be clearly displayed for your approval during the checkout process. Please see table of freight costs and delivery time frames below.
- Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email that will contain a link to the tracking number. If you selected Express Courier you will also be sent a tracking number by DHL Online Shipping. If you loose this email, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resend the email to you.
We offer FREE DELIVERY to our other international shipping destinations on orders of $250 NZD & over.
- If your order is under the value of $250 NZD you have a choice of either tracked Airmail or DHL Express Courier delivery to best suit your needs. See the table below for rates.
- Delivery charges are in NZD, and will be converted to your chosen checkout currency at the current exchange rate.
- You can enter your delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese) at check-out or email us at email@example.com with your order number and your address in your local language and we will put this on the parcel to assist with accurate delivery. Please email us as soon as you place your order as we dispatch new orders very quickly.
- Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email that contains a tracking number. If you selected Express Courier you will also be sent an email by DHL that will contain your tracking number.
See the below table for further information on target delivery time frames and delivery charges. Please note that the target time frames are calculated on working days. If you live in a large city you can expect your order to arrive in the short end of the range. If you live in a rural area please allow the maximum delivery time.
International Customs and Imports
Customs and import regulations vary widely between country to country. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the products that you have ordered are not prohibited/restricted in your country. Deep Blue Health accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any products or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries customs or any other regulatory body.
Likewise, any import duties or taxes on your orders are not our responsibility. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information, if required.
Your order hasn’t arrived
Generally all orders will be received in the time frame specified above. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected time frame contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will perform a check with postal authorities.
