If you get off to sleep OK, but wake at 2am or 3am you may need to support your liver. This is particularly the case if you wake at that time feeling hot or sweating. Generally, your liver will perform a detoxing around this time.
Caffeine can interfere with sleep, so best not to consume caffeinated drinks after 3pm.
Relax and unwind in the 2-3 hours prior to bed and make sure you remove computers and TV's from your bedroom. Ensure the room is dark, as this will aid sleeping soundly.
