Each capsule contains 200mg of Green Lipped Mussel powder (5:1) equivalent to 1000mg of fresh Green Lipped Mussel and encapsulating materials. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
1-10kg give 1 capsule per day
11-25kg give 2 capsules per day
26-40kg give 3 capsules per day
40+kg give 4 capsules per day
Acute - give recommended dosage twice daily for 10 days then reduce to once daily or as required.
