I’ve never had such a noticeable effect from taking a supplement before (and I’ve tried lots over the years). Within a few days of starting to take oyster I noticed I had so much more energy. I was 3 months postpartum with my 2nd baby and suddenly I could get stuff done without much effort, it felt like a miracle. I’m truly so thankful I found this supplement. I take it with liver capsules (another brand).
If I don’t take with a meal I’ll notice a slight shellfish-tasting burp but it’s not too bad. So much easier to take than normal multivitamins (which I can’t stomach anymore).
