Effective product

I have suffered from ongoing frequent (most nights) severe leg cramps in both calf muscles and thighs for years. I had been taking straight magnesium as a palliative and found it only partially effective. Since starting the Cramp Bark / Magnesium combination I have had far fewer cramp attacks, and those I have had have not been anywhere near as severe. To prove to myself the effectiveness of the product I suspended taking it for a week or so and the cramp attacks came back as frequent and severe as before starting. Needless to say, I recommenced taking the product. I am satisfied that the product works!

Cramp bark I find, is the only product that helps me with painful tight calves and restless legs. With the added benefit of the magnesium it's the perfect balance, just ordered my second bottle. I won't stop taking this product.

Good Stuff

Started using Magnesium and Crampbark about a month ago and since using it I have had very few night cramps. I take one at night which seems to work fine. I am 84 years old and can now have a good nights sleep!
