How to redeem your points

Everything happens through the Deep Blue Rewards Club button — it's fixed in the bottom-right corner of every page on the website.

Click "Deep Blue Rewards Club"

Find the Deep Blue Rewards Club button in the bottom-right corner of any page on the website. Click it to open your rewards panel — you'll need to be signed in to your account.

View your points balance

Your current Blue Points balance is shown at the top of the panel. Browse the available redemptions and choose the discount amount you'd like to claim.

Redeem for a discount code

Click Redeem and a unique discount code is generated instantly. Click Apply to add it to your cart automatically, or copy it to paste at checkout.

Complete your order

The discount is deducted before payment. Your code stays saved in your account if you'd prefer to use it on a future order.

Minimum to redeem

You need at least 50 Blue Points before you can claim a discount. That's reached after a single order for most products.

Minimum order to redeem

Your cart must total at least $40 to apply a points discount. Discounts already applied to products do not count toward this minimum.

Maximum discount per order

Blue Members can apply up to $40 off per order using points. Once you reach Silver V.I.P ($1,200+ spend/year), this limit no longer applies — instead you receive 5 vouchers for 15% off any order with no spend cap. Platinum V.I.P members receive the same at 20% off.

Points expiry

Blue Points expire 2 years from the date they were earned. You will receive a reminder before any points are at risk of expiring.

Currency

All points values and discounts are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The conversion rate is fixed at 10 pts = $1 off.

Points on discounted orders

Points are earned on the amount you actually pay, after any discounts are applied. Returning an order removes the points earned on that purchase.

How do I join the Deep Blue Rewards programme?
Create an account at deepbluehealth.co.nz and you are automatically enrolled. It is free and instant — you start earning points on your first order.
How do I move from Blue Member to Silver or Platinum V.I.P?
Your tier is determined by how much you spend within a 12-month period. Spend $1,200 in a year to qualify for Silver V.I.P, and $2,200 to reach Platinum V.I.P. Once you qualify, your tier benefits are issued automatically and maintained as long as you meet the annual spend in the following year.
How do I redeem my points?
Click the Deep Blue Rewards button in the bottom-right corner of the website while signed in to your account. From the rewards panel you can see your balance, choose a discount, and generate a code to apply at checkout. You can also click Apply and the discount will be added to your cart automatically.
Can I use a points discount and a promotional code at the same time?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. At checkout, you can choose whether to use your points voucher or a promotional code — whichever gives you the better saving.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned on a returned order will be removed from your balance. If you used points to purchase the returned item, those points will be reinstated to your account.
When do my points expire?
Blue Points expire two years from the date they were earned. We will send you a reminder before any points are close to expiring so you have time to redeem them.
My points haven't appeared after my order. What should I do?
Points are typically credited within a few minutes of your order being confirmed. If they have not appeared after 24 hours, please contact us at support@deepbluehealth.co.nz with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
