Each capsule contains 350mg Dried Oyster powder, 107mg Zinc Gluconate (equivalent to 15mg elemental Zinc), 30mg Selenomethionine (equivalent to 150µg Selenium) and encapsulating materials. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Take one capsule daily as a dietary food supplement or as professionally advised. To avoid irritating the stomach, take zinc with food.
