Feeling so much more comfortable

I’ve been taking Green Lipped Mussel supplement 2/day for 10 weeks now and I’ve started noticing the benefits. I’m 74 yrs old and have been regularly active, walking, tramping and cycling all my adult life. For the last 8 years I’ve had a hip tendonitis which has made my exercise much less enjoyable. However I’m now finding a significant improvement in my pain. I expected it would take several weeks to start being effective and plan to take this long term.

Eased Joint Pain

I've been taking 2 Mussel capsules a day for the past month. Within the first week I noticed the tight joints on 2 fingers through decades of overwork are less sore upon waking and can touch my palm now when clenched. It took me awhile to believe it was the mussel tablets, as nothing else has helped them and my knees, they also are not as stiff and sore to bend as they used to be from having a sporting life. Other niggling aches and pains are slowly fading as well.
It's still early days for me with results but so far these tablets seem to have made a noticeable difference.
