I actually bought this for my dog to prevent joint issues and giver her a boost as she is getting older but hubby has also been taking it and getting great results and an energy boost!!

I’ve tried many joint health supplements and this one is effective. 54 and post menopause joint pain creeping into fingers, elbows and hips and since using this I have very little discomfort now. 2 tablets each morning, easy and I like that tablets are smaller than other brands. Great service and delivery and earning points towards purchases is great.
