New Zealand Delivery

- FREE COURIERED DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75 total. For orders under this amount, delivery is just $6.00 or $7.50 for Rural delivery
- You can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 working days. We use tracked couriers for all national deliveries.
- We send no-signature required unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call, the driver will typically leave your parcel at your door or close by. If they don't think it's safe to leave, they should leave a calling card.
- If delivery is to a business, you must include the business name in your delivery address. We can send to PO Boxes and Rural delivery addresses.
- You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number when your order is sent.
- We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand before the delivery to your home or business, provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.
Australian Delivery

- FREE DELIVERY to Australia for orders over $200 NZD. For orders under $200 NZD, see options in the table below.
- Orders under $200 NZD can be shipped via tracked Airmail or Express Courier - choose the option that best suits your needs.
- The exact delivery cost of your order will be clearly displayed during checkout. Please see the table below for freight costs and delivery time frames.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you cannot locate your email, please contact us at orders@dbh.co.nz
International Delivery

FREE DELIVERY to our other international shipping destinations on orders of $250 NZD & over.
- Orders under $250 NZD, a choice of either tracked Airmail or Express Courier delivery is available. See the table below for rates.
- Delivery charges are in NZD, and will be converted to your chosen checkout currency at the current exchange rate.
- You can enter your delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese) at check-out. Please note we also require the delivery address in English to assist with accurate processing with the New Zealand Postal Service.
- Once your order is dispatched, an email will be sent with the tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details, contact us at orders@dbh.co.nz

International Customs and Imports
Customs and import regulations vary widely from country to country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products that you have ordered are not prohibited/restricted in your country. Deep Blue Health accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any products or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country's customs or any other regulatory body.
Likewise, any import duties or taxes on your orders are not our responsibility. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information, if required.

Generally, all orders will be received in the time frame specified above. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected time frame, contact us at orders@dhb.co.nz - we will check with the postal authorities.
