I've been taking 2 Mussel capsules a day for the past month. Within the first week I noticed the tight joints on 2 fingers through decades of overwork are less sore upon waking and can touch my palm now when clenched. It took me awhile to believe it was the mussel tablets, as nothing else has helped them and my knees, they also are not as stiff and sore to bend as they used to be from having a sporting life. Other niggling aches and pains are slowly fading as well.
It's still early days for me with results but so far these tablets seem to have made a noticeable difference.

My chocolate Labrador Jake has been taking NZ green lipped mussel capsules since he was 10. He'll be 14 in a few months. Jake is a healthy large size dog, weights 73lbs, no hip issues.
