I purchased this product for its high level of anti-oxident. I felt a lot better after taking it and my skin improved incredibly after about 2-3 weeks.
I loved that the squalene is taken from by-catch.
Because of potential mercury in fish, I won't use it long-term myself, but it really helped get me over a health hill so strongly recommend the product.
I take twice a day the Green Lipped mussel tablets in conjunction with other supplements from the marine series, and in a few weeks the severe pain on the joints has gone down by 90%, I'm extremely happy! Right now I don't take anymore pain killers and anti inflammatory medications, despite having advanced hips osteoarthritis.
